gokredo operates as a platform connecting trekkers with verified trek operators. We provide:

• Trek discovery and comparison tools
• Booking and payment processing services
• Customer support and dispute resolution
• Operator verification and quality monitoring

gokredo is not a trek operator and does not directly organize or conduct treks.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and booking
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Ensure you meet physical and medical requirements for chosen treks
• Follow operator guidelines and safety instructions
• Respect fellow trekkers, guides, and local communities

4. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and operator confirmation. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Prices displayed include all taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. gokredo reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of suspected fraud or policy violations.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by operator. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy page for detailed information. gokredo will facilitate refunds as per the applicable policy but is not liable for operator-imposed cancellation fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

gokredo acts as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for:

• Injuries, accidents, or health issues during treks
• Operator's failure to deliver services as described
• Weather-related cancellations or changes
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Acts of God, natural disasters, or force majeure events

Users are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel and health insurance before embarking on any trek.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on gokredo, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of gokredo or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of gokredo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Modifications to Terms

gokredo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
