Cancellation charges vary based on the time of cancellation before the trek start date:

By Operator or gokredo
If a trek is cancelled by the operator or gokredo due to:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Natural disasters or emergencies
- Insufficient participants
- Government restrictions
You will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule to another date at no extra cost.
Refund Process
1. Request Cancellation
Login to your account, go to 'My Bookings', and submit a cancellation request. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.
2. Review & Approval
Your request will be reviewed within 24-48 hours. You'll be notified of the refund amount as per the cancellation terms.
3. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days depending on your bank.
Special Circumstances
Medical Emergencies
If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency, please submit medical documentation. We'll work with operators to provide the maximum possible refund or rescheduling options.
Rescheduling vs Cancellation
If you'd like to postpone rather than cancel, contact the operator directly (at least 7 days before departure). Many operators allow one-time rescheduling with minimal fees.
